Pick Up or Drop Off
If you would like to donate, there are two options for getting your donation items to our loft:
DROP OFF:
- We are located at 306 West 37th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue on the 8th Floor. You can come to our loft or we can meet you downstairs at our freight entrance on 37th Street. We are here Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you are interested in dropping off, we ask that you call us at 212-736-1777 to schedule an appointment. Since we are a small staff, we want to make sure there is someone here to assist you.
PICK UP:
- Please call us at 212-736-1777 to schedule a pick-up. Please note, we will ask you to pay a tax-deductible courier fee. The fee is based on the pick-up location and the number of pieces donated. (We consider a piece to be one large item. For example, a stroller, a large bag of clothes, and a bouncy seat are all considered ONE PIECE respectively.) Please see rate chart below. The fee is added to the value of your donation and the total amount will be reflected on the Thank You / Tax Receipt we will mail to you. When you are scheduling your pick-up you will be asked for credit card information to cover the cost. Please have all donated items ready for pick-up by the time the couriers are scheduled to arrive.
We Apologize, but due to the number of donations we receive we are unable to make same-day pickups. Please take this into account when calling to set up your pick-up.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your scheduled pick-up for any reason, please do so by calling 212-736-1777 by 4 PM the business day (Monday - Friday) before the pickup. We must ask this because the constraints of the courier service we use require ample notification to cancel pick-ups, otherwise couriers might be well on their way to the pick-up before receiving notifcation of the cancellation. Thus, donors who cancel after this time will be charged for the cost of the pick-up.

Please note that each piece has a weight limit of 100 lbs. Anything more will be subject to additional fees.
